Oh how these old bones creak!

There’s distinct possibility

Of declining agility.

I guess that’s not unique.

Author Notes

Went out golfing 18 holes in the heat. Can’t hit the ball as far as I used to. The aches this morning, I think I need traction!


This is a single Quatrain with abba rhyming (enveloping). The syllable count is 6/8/8/6.
